Adding a Rating Question
To include a Rating element in your survey:

Navigate to Surveys from the left panel under Outreach.

Open your survey from the Survey listing screen.

Create a New Survey or open an existing one.

Click Add Element.

Then select the Rating question type.
Once you have selected the Rating element, you'll need to provide the following information:
- Question: Enter the question text that should appear in the survey.
- Style: Choose how the rating should appear, such as Stars, Hearts, or Numeric.
- Color: Select a display color for the rating icons from a predefined set.
- Scale: Choose the maximum value of the rating scale (e.g., 5 for a 1–5 scale).
- Lowest Scale Value Label: Provide a label for the lower end of the scale.
- Highest Scale Value Label: Provide a label for the higher end of the scale.
- Mark Required: Enable this to make the rating mandatory for submission.
- Capture Value in Salesmate Field: You can map the rating response to a numeric custom field in Salesmate.

Practical Example
Let’s say you want to collect feedback after a product support call. You can add a question like:
