The Date element allows you to collect date-specific responses from your survey participants. It’s useful when you need users to select a particular day for events, preferences, appointments, or feedback.
How to Add the Date Element to Your Survey
To add the Date element to your Survey,
- Navigate to Surveys from the left side under Outreach.
- Open your survey from the Survey listing screen.
Create a New Survey or open an existing one.
Click Add Element.
- Then select the Date type.
- Once you have selected the Date element, you'll need to provide the following information:
- Question: Enter the main question you want to ask the respondent.
- Placeholder: Select the specific placeholder name.
- Date Options: Customize how the date picker behaves.
- Actions: Define what should happen after a date is submitted.
- Once done, hit Save.
Practical Example
You want to let customers choose their preferred delivery date while filling out a survey after placing an order.
