Get started with Text Type Questions in Salesmate surveys to collect free-text responses from customers, making it easy to gather feedback, comments, or specific details.
Note: You’ll need permission to manage Surveys to add or configure Text Section.

Steps to Add a Text Section
- In the left sidebar, click Surveys, then select Create Survey or edit an existing survey.
- Add a Text Section to your survey from the Content Tab.
Configure the Text Section
Here’s what you need to set up for this:

Heading:
You can add a heading with a slightly larger font size.
You can also apply formatting like bold, italic, underline, or set an alignment like left, right, center, or justified.

Description:
If you want to add more details, you can simply add a paragraph with rich text formatting as well.
You can also Embed links to external resources if needed.
Save or Publish the Survey
- Click Save to store the Text Section configuration in your survey or hit the Publish button to make it go live.
