Document access is a crucial aspect of controlling and securing your shared content. This involves overseeing who can view, edit, or collaborate on specific documents within the system.
How to Manage Document Access
To Manage the Document Access,
- Navigate to the More Icon from the left sidebar
- Click on Documents
- Hover over a document and select the Manage Access option under Actions
- Once you click on the manage access option, you can choose from the following:
- Only Me - If you select this option, the document will become private and will be visible to you only.
- Everyone - If you select this option, the document will be shared with all the active users.
- Custom - If you select this option, then you can manually select the users or teams that can access your document.
