You can efficiently and securely remove unnecessary documents from your Salesmate CRM. This process ensures that your document repository remains organized, relevant, and aligned with your business objectives.
To Delete the documents,
- Navigate to the More Icon from the left sidebar
- Click on Documents
Bulk Delete the Documents
To bulk delete the Documents,
- Select the Documents to perform the Delete operation
- Choose the Delete option from the Bulk Actions
- A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion operation
- Click on Yes to continue Deleting the Documents
- Once you confirm the document will be Deleted with a Deleted Successfully message
Delete a Single Document
To delete a single Document,
- Hover on the Document and choose Delete from the action menu.
- A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion operation
- Click on Yes to continue Deleting the Document
- Once you confirm the document will be Deleted with a Deleted Successfully message
Note: Once you Delete your Document, all tracking information associated with this document will be deleted and this Action is Irreversible
