How to Enroll Contacts in Sequence – Salesmate

There are various places from where the contacts can be enrolled to a sequence.

You can Enroll/ Unroll the Contacts from the Sequence

Navigate to the Contacts Module
Select view or apply proper Filters to fetch Contacts
Select the Contacts that you wish to Enroll/ Unroll to the Sequence
Click on Enroll to Sequence to Enroll the Contacts to the Sequence or Unroll to Sequence to Unroll the Contacts from the Sequence

Follow the steps mentioned below to enroll contacts using the Gmail chrome plugin:

Select any contact's email and you will be able to see the particular contact open on the righthand side of the screen
You can also search the contact using the contacts list view and click on the particular contact.
Hit on "Enroll to Sequence" from under Actions

Once you select the enroll button, the following details will be asked:

From Email - The email address from which you are sending the email.
From Number- The phone number from which you will be sending the text.
Select Sequence- The sequence you wish to enroll a contact to.
Select Sequence Step to start with
Execution:
- Immediate
- Scheduled
Action Button to “Start Sequence” - All the selected contacts will be enqueued to the sequence and you can then start the sequence.
Action button to “Personalize”- On selecting the personalized option you will witness a screen loading with an option to edit your email and text messages before starting the sequence.
Action button to Cancel request

Note:

You will not get the option of personalization if you have selected more than 50 contacts.
Sequence count gets reset every midnight UTC.
