Just like contact Insight, Email Insights will show the statistics about all the emails sent via a particular Sequence during a specified duration. Kindly note that the number of emails sent can be higher than the number of Contacts enrolled in a sequence as any contact might have gone through multiple stages of the sequence. To view Email Insight, follow the below steps.
- Navigate to More on the left side panel
- Click on Sequence
- Select any specific sequence that you have created already or click on Create Sequence to create a new sequence.
- Click on INSIGHTS
- Navigate for Email Insights
| Field | Description |
| Sent | Total number of emails sent through the sequence regardless of any stage. |
| Delivered | Total number of emails delivered successfully. |
| Opened % | Percentage of emails which have been opened ((Total number of open count/Total delivered count)*100) |
| Clicked % |
Percentage of emails got clicked ((Number of click on email linked/Total delivered count)*100) |
| Replied % |
Percentage of emails which have been replied ((Total number of emails finished with reply/Total number of finished emails)*100) |
| Bounced % |
Percentage of emails which were bounced ((Total number of Bounced emails/Total number of email sent) *100) |
| Unsubscribed % |
Percentage of emails unsubscribed ((Total number of Unsubscribed emails/Total number of delivered count in sequence)*100) |
