You can check and keep track of the emails that are sent via Sequences.
You can refer to the following steps:
- Navigate to More on the left side panel
- Click on Sequence
- Select on any specific sequence that you have created already or click on Create Sequence to create a new sequence.
- Click on the EMAILS
STATISTICS
| Field | Description |

Sent |
Total number of emails sent through the sequence. |

Delivered |
It will display the number of emails delivered of of Total sent emails. |
|
Opened |
It will provide percentage of the emails that were opened. |
|
Clicked |
It will provide percentage of the emails that are clicked if there has been any links or URL's in the email. |
|
Replied |
It will provide percentage of the emails that are replied by the customers on the emails sent through this sequence. |
|
Bounced |
It will provide percentage of emails those were bounced. |
|
Unsubscribed |
It will provide percentage of the unsubscribed emails by customers. |
Below fields will be displayed on the Grid.

It will display subject of the Email. |
| Contact |
Full name of the contact whom the email is sent. |

Sent Date |
It will display Sent Date of the email to the specific contact through the sequence. |
|
Email Status |
It will display Email status Stage by Stage ie. Delivered > Opened >Link Clicked > Replied. |
Filtering of the emails on the basis of the Sent Period is also available.
You can preview any email by clicking on the particular email subject. You will be able to attach any specific Deal to that email. You can also able to view the Date & Time of the email Delivery/Opened/Clicked. You can also Reply/Reply All/Froward/Delete that email from this preview window.
