This feature of Salesmate allows you to pause contacts from sequences when they send an auto-generated email saying they are temporarily Out of the Office.
How does Out-of-office work?
- Salesmate will automatically detect Out-of-office emails that are received from Gmail and Microsoft accounts. When an Out-of-office response in any email is detected, Salesmate will automatically pause the particular sequence for the contact and mark their stage as Pause O3.
Auto resume sequence for Paused contacts
- When a contact's sequence is paused due to an Out-of-office message, you have an option where you can auto-resume the sequence after some days.
Follow the following steps to use the Out-Of-Office setting:
- Navigate to More on the left menu bar.
- Click on Sequences.
- Click on the Sequence Title
- Click on SETTINGS
- Scroll down for Out-Of-Office Settings
- Select if you want to pause a sequence on Out-of-office or not.
- Click on Update.
If you have selected to pause the contact, then you will be able to choose when to resume the contact after number of days mentioned.
