Integrating your Salesmate account with KrispCall enhances your sales and communication capabilities, allowing seamless management of calls and customer interactions. This guide will walk you through the integration process step by step.

Benefits of Integration

• Two-Way Contact Syncing: Effortlessly sync contact updates between KrispCall and Salesmate to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Automatic Call Logging: Automatically log all inbound and outbound calls, including details like duration, date, time, and outcomes.

Note: Texting is not available in Krispcall integration.

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

• Access KrispCall Settings
• How Calls are Logged in Salesmate

Access KrispCall Settings

• Log in to your KrispCall account.
• Navigate to the settings menu.

• Go to Integrations. Click on the Connect button below Salesmate.
• You will be asked to enter details like Salesmate Email, Salesmate Session Key, and Salesmate Domain. Once entered click on Next button.

• To obtain the subdomain and session key of Salesmate, you must first log in to Salesmate. After logging in, a dashboard will appear. On the right side, click on the Go to My account button.

• Once entered click on Next button.
• A confirmation message will pop up, and click on the Submit button.

• A CRM integration successful message will pop up, and Salesmate will be shown in active integrations in KrispCall.

• Once Integrated. Under active integrations click on the three dots on the Salesmate Integration.

• You can enable/disable different settings such as General Settings, Workflow Settings, Connected Numbers, and Advanced Settings.

General Settings:

• Create New Contacts for Calls: Enables one-way sync of contacts from KrispCall to Salesmate when toggled on.
• Contacts 2-Way Sync: Syncs contacts between KrispCall and Salesmate in both directions and performs initial sync when toggled on.
• Noted Logging: Syncs notes created, edited, or deleted during calls or from the conversation box to Salesmate when toggled on.

Workflow Settings:

• Log Outgoing Answered Calls: Sync outgoing answered calls to Salesmate when set to Calls (Engagements).
• Log Outgoing Unanswered Calls: Sync outgoing unanswered calls to Salesmate when set to Calls (Engagements).
• Log Incoming Answered Calls: Sync incoming answered calls to Salesmate when set to Calls (Engagements).
• Log Incoming Unanswered Calls: Sync incoming unanswered calls to Salesmate when set to Calls (Engagements).
• Log Voicemails: Sync voicemail logs to Salesmate when set to Calls (Engagements).

Connected Numbers:

Log phone calls for these numbers: This option shows a list of available numbers, and the user can choose one or more numbers from the existing number of that workspace. This option helps log the phone calls of the selected numbers.

Note: If there are no selected numbers, then the call logs will not be synced in Salesmate.

How Calls are Logged in Salesmate:

• Log in to your Salesmate account
• Hover over any of the phone numbers in the contact's list view, a dropdown menu will appear with the option "Call".

• This will redirect you to the Krispcall dialer from where you can make calls.

• You can record the calls, add notes and the calls will be logged as an Activity in Salesmate and the Notest will be visible under the contact.
