Open AI Integration with Salesmate Follow

Salesmate now offers seamless integration with OpenAI, enabling users to enhance automation and decision-making with AI-powered capabilities. With this integration, you can leverage AI-driven text analysis, sentiment detection, content moderation, translations, and more. 

Activating the OpenAI Integration

To activate the app. Follow the below steps:

• Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner
• Click on Setup
• Head over to App & Add-ons
• Click on Available Apps

• Head over to OpenAI under Available Apps.
• Click on Install to configure the OpenAI App.

• Provide your API Key from OpenAI.
• Optionally, enter the Organization ID if you have multiple organizations within OpenAI.
• Choose the default AI model for running queries.
• Available models:
  • GPT-4.0
  • GPT-4.0-mini
• You can override this setting when configuring Smart Flow actions.

• Hit on Save.
