The Text content is designed to help you add small pieces of content to your pages—things like quick instructions, explanatory notes, or contextual statements that guide users through a process or provide extra clarity. It's especially useful when you want to communicate something clearly without taking up too much space.
Note: You’ll need permission to manage Surveys to add or configure Text Type Questions.

Steps to Add a Text Type Question
- In the left sidebar, click Surveys, then click on "New" or you can edit an existing Survey.
- When building survey from scratch or New, please provide a proper Name, Description(optional), Language and choose the survey format from Compact or Extended.
- Once created, click on "Add Element" and Switch to "Content" tab to choose Text-Content.
Configure the Text Content
- To configure the Text-Content, You will need to provide a proper description since it is required.
Formatting Text Content
When adding content through the Text field, you can enhance readability and make your message stand out by using basic formatting options. These are especially helpful for drawing attention to key points or improving the overall structure of your content.
- Use bold text to highlight important words or phrases that users should pay close attention to, such as steps, warnings, or feature names.
- Italicize content to add subtle emphasis or introduce terms in a softer, conversational tone.
- Underline key terms or labels, especially when referencing fields, buttons, or actions within your product.
- Align your text to the left, center, right, or use justified alignment, depending on how you want the content to appear visually. This gives you control over how instruction
s or notes are presented in relation to other elements on the page.
- Add hyperlinks to guide users to additional resources, related help articles, or relevant external websites for more context or next steps.
Save or Publish the Survey
- Click Save to store the question configuration in your survey or hit the Publish button to make your survey live.
