To Change the Ownership of the BigCommerce Store,
- Login to Salesmate as an Administrator.
- Click on Profile Icon > Setup.
- Go to Apps and Ad-on > Apps > BigCommerce.
- Choose the store for which you wish to change the owner.
Please Note that the Ownership for the future imports from BigCommerce will be transferred to the newly selected user.
- Click on Actions and Change Owner.
- Select the Owner that you want to update for the Store.
- Hit Save.
This setting updates the owner for the new records only that are created in Salesmate via BigCommerce sync. The records that were synced before this change are not updated by this setting.
