Split Deal Credit Follow

Some organizations have one or more Salespersons working on a single deal to close. Or even they work in a team where everyone gets credit for Sales. In such a case, Split Deal Credit helps to define the split between the users.

Enable Split Deal Credit

To turn on the Split Deal Credit,

• Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner
• Click on Set Up
• Head over to Modules
• Click on Deal Module
• Navigate to Split Deal Credit under Other Settings at the bottom

• Toggle On to the Split Deal Credit option to start splitting the credits between Users.
• A pop-up will appear asking the Confirmation
• Confirm the action to enable the deal split.

•  Once confirmed, you can define additional settings or restrictions to use this feature.
  • Limit the maximum number of users for any deal split.
  • Minimum deal split percentage

Setup Split Deal

To Setup Split Deal,

• Navigate to the Deal Module
• Select the Deal that you wish to set up Split for.
• Open the Deal Detail View
• Head over to the Deal Credit Split Widget
• Click on Setup Split

• A popup will open up asking how you want to split deal credits. Deal credits can be split
  
  • Equally - Select this option to assign an equal percentage of the deal to all selected users.

• • Percentage Based - Select Split by percentages to set your own percentages. Enter a percentage number for each user in the Deal split breakdown section until you reach a total of 100%.

• Select the User
• The deal owner will be included by default and can not be removed.
• Hit on Save

Remove Split Deal Credit

To remove the Split Deal Credit,

• Navigate to the Profile Icon on the top right corner
• Click on Set Up >> Modules >> Deal
• Head over to Other Settings at the bottom
• Disable Split Deal Credits

• Confirm the action to stop sharing deal credits with the users.
