As a user, you may need to customize the information available on the deal card based on your organization’s preferences. Salesmate empowers the reps to customize the deal card view based on an organization’s sales pipeline requirements.
Note:
- Available for Pro and above plans
- Users who have access to Admin privilege or equivalent rights (Manage Fields) can set up this customization.
How to Customize the Deal Card
To customize the Deal Card,
- Navigate to the Deal Board View
- Click on the View Settings option
- A pop will appear to Customs the Deal card
- Pipeline: Select the Pipeline you wish to Customize the Deal Card
- Selected Fields: This will show the list of predefined fields
- Add Field: You can add Fields using the Add Field option, you can also remove any fields that are not necessary for their use case. are not required
- You can reorder the Fields to better suit their preferences
- Card Layout: You can select the layout from the following options

Default: To display the values of the selected fields with their icons on the card.

With Label: To display the field label and their values for the selected fields in the card.

Compact: To display the values of the selected fields in a compact view.

- Preview: This will show how would the Deal Card appear with any of the above Card layouts.
- Once done click on Save option
- Users will have the option to choose up to 10 fields for a deal card. The fields that users can choose from are explained below.
