This feature allows you to keep all communication related to a particular deal organized by automatically associating emails with that deal’s timeline. • Forwarding Emails to the Deal Timeline: Let’s say you have an important email conversation that you want to keep track of for a specific deal in Salesmate. All you need to do is copy the deal-specific email address and forward that email to it. Once you do this, the email will automatically be added to the deal’s timeline. This way, all your communication related to the deal stays in one place and is easy to find when you need it.

• Keeping Email Threads Organized:  When you forward emails to the deal-specific email address, all the messages related to that deal will be captured and displayed in the deal’s timeline in the right order. This means you can follow the entire email conversation from start to finish, making it much easier to follow up and ensure you don’t miss any important details.

• Using CC in Regular Email Communication: Instead of manually forwarding emails, you can also add the deal-specific email address in the CC field when sending emails from your regular email account, like Gmail or Outlook. This will automatically add the email to the deal’s timeline without any extra steps, so you can keep all your email conversations in sync with the deal.

How to add the Widget to the Deal's Detailed View

To enhance your deal management process, you can add the Deal-Specific Email widget to the deal's detail layout. This widget allows you to efficiently manage and track emails related to a specific deal. Follow these steps to add the widget:

• Navigate to the Profile Icon in the top right corner.
• Click on Set Up
• Head over to the Modules category
• Select Deals

• Click on the Customize the Page Layout option
• Here, Edit the Layout
• Now drag and drop the Deal Specific Email widget to the layout
