Conversational View
Communication isn’t a one-way street. To ensure you have effective two-way communication, Salesmate CRM has added the conversation view to its text messages.
To view Conversation Screen, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to Left Menu Bar and click the Text Icon
You would find below options available under the View:
- All
- Inbox
- Scheduled
- Sent
- Outbox
- Failed
- Templates
All
With "All" you can now view all the sent and received messages within a single view
Inbox
- You can view all the text messages which have received a reply.
- You can Reply to the Conversation from the relevant Conversation View
- If you have multiple numbers assigned to single Contact, you can select the number on which you want to initiate the messaging
- Insert the Templates from the Pre-defined list
- Schedule the Text Message
- When you hover over three dots beside the message, you will get the details of "To" and "From" numbers and can also delete the text.
Here's how the details pop up will look like:

Outbox
All messages scheduled for instant delivery are queued under this folder and sent in batches of small chunks.
Failed
You can check the status of Failed Messages here in this folder and retry sending message from the same screen to the contact.
Or you can try sending bulk message by selecting multiple contacts
Templates
- You can create and manage text templates
- Filter them under Folders
- Create New Folders from the "+" icon
- Create New Templates - Click on + New Template
- Mention the Template Name (For identification and future reference)
- Select the Folder in which the Text Template needs to be Saved
- Provide the "Text Message" body to be sent
- Insert Attributes - It can be used to Manage replaceable variables (Eg: {{Contact.firstName}} to replace First Name of Contact)
