How to activate Zoom meetings within your link?
To activate Zoom Integration within your link, you will require to follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner
- Click on Setup
- Head over to App & Add-ons
- Click on Available Apps
- Navigate to Zoom

Click on the Install to configure the app.

You will be redirected to Zoom's authentication flow; You will need to log in to your Zoom Account and grant access to Salesmate to access your Zoom account. You might require to pre-approve the app if not already done by your Zoom administrator.

After the successful authorization, you will be redirected back to your Salesmate account. Now you are ready to use this integration.
How to link individual Zoom Accounts?
If your administrator installed the Zoom integration in your Salesmate account, you could link your Zoom user account inside Salesmate and use it.
To link individual Zoom account, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profile Icon on top right corner.
- Click on Go to My Account
- Navigate to Connected Accounts
- Here, Configure your Zoom account.

You will be redirected to Zoom's authentication flow; You will need to log and grant access to Salesmate to access your Zoom account.

After the successful authorization, you will be redirected back to your Salesmate account. Now you are ready to use this integration.
How to add Zoom meeting details to your activities?
- Once you have successfully linked your Zoom account, you can add Zoom meeting details inside activities. While creating an activity you can choose the Zoom option from your video conferencing tools.
- Based on your selection of Activity Type; list of fields would appear to input relevant details (Eg: Meeting, Demo, Support, Email)
- The system will generate unique Zoom meeting info and add them to activity details shared with meeting guests (invitees) over the calendar invite.
How to join schedule Zoom Calls?
- While visiting a contact or deals detail page, you can see the "Join Zoom Call" button for the scheduled activities with Zoom meeting information. With this, you can view the current context of the call and view all related details before jumping on a call with a single click.
How to choose Zoom for your Meeting Scheduler?
While creating any meeting scheduler (meeting link), you can choose the Zoom option from the location options.

Access the Meeting Scheduler

Click on any already configured meeting link or create new one.

Scroll down to the location field and choose Zoom from the available options
The contact booking meeting with your using that meeting link will auto get the Zoom meeting details shared with him over the calendar invite.
How to remove Zoom integration from Salesmate?
To remove Zoom Integration from your link, you will require to follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Profile icon on the top right corner
- Click on Set Up
- Head over to Apps & Addons
- Click on Apps.
- Click on the Zoom app.
- Click the Remove button available at the top.
- Confirm your action to remove the Zoom app from your workspace
Deauthorize Salesmate from Zoom App marketplace
We deauthorize the Zoom app automatically once you remove it from Salesmate. If you want to do it manually, then follow these steps:
- Login to your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or Search Salesmate App.
- Click the Salesmate app.
- Click Uninstall.
