When a survey is published, a share pop-up will automatically appear. Alternatively, you can manually access it by opening any published survey and clicking the Share button on the screen. This option is also available under the Action menu from the grid view of published surveys.
To Share a Survey,
- Navigate to the Outreach Icon from the left menu bar
- Click on the Surveys
- From the list of surveys, hover over the Survey you want to share.
- Once done, the Actions button will appear.
- Click Actions, then choose Share from the dropdown menu.
Salesmate provides multiple options to share your survey, allowing you to reach your audience through various channels:
- Use the survey link
- Embed code
- Send a survey campaign
- Send an automated survey
- Send the survey using Chat (Web / Mobile Application)
Use the survey link
- You can select the Link option if the survey was created with "Shareable Link" as the delivery method.
- Simply copy the link and share it manually.
Embed code
- Once you select this option, the display will appear with the Embed Code to copy and paste on your Website.
Send a survey campaign
- Select this option to share the Survey Campaign
- When a survey is sent through an email campaign, a timeline entry should be added to the contact’s record for tracking purposes.
- When a survey is associated with a ticket (e.g., triggered via a flow linked to a ticket), the survey sent should appear in the ticket’s timeline, similar to how email activities are displayed.
Send an automated survey
- Using Smart Flows, you can send the survey via email to the contact

Send the survey using Chat (Web / Mobile Application)
- Send survey on Chat using AI Pilot's Execution flow
- Please Click Here to send the survey using Execution Flows
