Cloning a survey in Salesmate allows you to duplicate an existing survey along with its questions, settings, and configurations. It’s ideal for creating similar surveys quickly, whether you're targeting a new audience, modifying a few questions, or testing a different distribution method without starting from scratch.
Note: Only users with the “Manage Surveys” permission can clone a survey.
How to Clone a Survey
- Navigate to Surveys from the left side under Outreach.
- Select the survey you wish to unpublish.
- Click the Action
- Select the Clone
- You will be redirected to the new survey with the success message Cloned successfully.
