Shopify is a leading hosted eCommerce platform that allows businesses to build customized online stores and sell digital, physical, or service-based products with ease.
This integration enables existing Shopify customers, products, and orders to sync seamlessly with Salesmate CRM. Users can then leverage Salesmate to manage their customer relationships and run effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Note: Only users with Admin profiles can configure this integration.
Steps to connect to the Shopify Store:
- Navigate to the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click on Setup.
- Head over to App & Add-Ons.
- Click on E-Commerce.
- Go to Shopify and click on Install.
- Click on Connect Store.
- Then you will be redirected to the store connection screen.
- When connecting, you’ll be asked to allow Salesmate access to:
- Customer profile information and customer groups
- Order details
- Product details
- Discount codes
- Script tag editing in your theme
- After clicking on Install, you’ll be redirected to the Shopify Integration page
- Review and confirm the requested permissions, then click Connect to grant Salesmate access to your Shopify store.
- Then, you’ll land on the Field Mapping screen, and the connection status changes to Connected.

Once the sync starts or setup is complete, you can view the status of all connected stores:
Status:
- Connected: Sync active and successful
- Failed: Connection broken or sync issue
- Setup Required: Mapping incomplete
- Import In-progress: First-time data import running
Once a Shopify store is connected with Salesmate. The below widgets will be displayed with the data gathered from your store on the Contact detail page.
