To Change the Ownership of the Shopify Store,
- Navigate to the Profile icon in the top right corner
- Click on Setup
- Head over to App & Add-Ons
- Click on Ecommerce
- Click on Shopify
- Hover on the Store/Data Source for which you wish to change the owner of the contacts, products, & deals that will be imported to Salesmate.
- Click on the Actions menu
- Select the ‘Change Owner’ option.
Please note: The Ownership for future imports from Shopify will be transferred to the newly selected user.
- Select the Owner that you want to update for the Store.
- Hit Save.
This setting updates the owner for the new records only that are created in Salesmate via the Shopify sync. The records that were synced before this change are not updated by this setting.
