With a clear dashboard and actionable options, Salesmate makes it easy to view and manage synced data from your Shopify store, including products, customers, and orders.
Note: You'll need permission to manage Apps & Addons in Salesmate to access Shopify store details.

Steps to Access Shopify Store Details
- Navigate to the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click on Setup.

Under the E-commerce section
- Configure Shopify

Click on the name of the store you want to manage.
Manage Store Actions
You can perform these actions on your connected Shopify store:

Re-sync: Manually sync to check for updates from Shopify.

Change Ownership: Reassign all synced data, like products, customers, and orders, to another user.

Disconnect Store: Stop the sync without deleting existing data in Salesmate.

Remove App: Completely remove the Shopify integration. You must disconnect all stores first.
View Store Statistics Dashboard
The dashboard shows an overview of synced data:
Synced Data Overview:

# Products: Total products synced from Shopify.

# Customers: Total customers pulled from your store.
-
# Orders: All Shopify orders created as deals in Salesmate.

Last Sync: Timestamp of the most recent successful sync.
Key Features:

These numbers only go up with successful imports. Deleting data in Shopify won't reduce the count in Salesmate

If your Shopify plan expires, you'll see a note saying the store connection is no longer active.

Sync stats refresh after every successful attempt.
View Synced Records
You'll find three tabs: Products, Customers, and Orders. Each one lists synced entries along with key details. Here's what you'll see under each:

Products:

Product Name: Comes directly from Shopify, including variant info.

View in Shopify: Opens the product in your Shopify admin.

Last Updated: When the product was last synced.
-
Status: Sync status (successful or failed).
-
Created By: Name of the Salesmate user who connected the store.

Customers:

Contact Name: Pulled from Shopify's customer record.
-
View in Shopify: Takes you straight to the customer's profile in Shopify.
-
Last Updated: Timestamp of the last sync.
-
Status: Whether the sync was successful or encountered issues.

Created By: User who set up the integration.

Orders:
-
Deal Title: Shows the order number along with the customer's name.

View in Shopify: Opens the order in a new tab in Shopify.

Last Updated: Time of the most recent sync.

Status: Indicates sync success or failure.

Created By: User who initially connected the store.

Notes:

Every synced product carries an SM-SHOPIFY tag for easy identification.
-
Even if a product is deleted in Shopify, it stays in Salesmate unless you remove it manually.

Products available in multiple currencies are shown as separate entries.
-
Product images are pulled directly from their Shopify URLs.
