If you've connected one or more Shopify stores to your Salesmate account, you may at some point want to stop syncing data from a particular store or remove all store connections entirely.
How to Disconnect a Specific Shopify Store
Steps to Disconnect:
- Navigate to the Profile icon in the top right corner
- Click on Setup
- Head over to App & Add-Ons
- Click on Ecommerce
- Click on Shopify
- Go to the Store that you wish to Disconnect
- Click on Actions >> Disconnect
A warning message will appear:
Are you sure you want to disconnect [Storename].
The data source will stop fetching new data, but your old data will remain intact. Please select how we should treat the associations of the store.
Select how you want to handle store associations:

Remove the store associations

Deletes existing field mappings. If you reconnect later, you'll need to set up mapping again.

Keep the store associations
-
Keeps all mappings intact for easier reconnection.
