Visual Breakdown of Trackers
- Each tracker term is shown as a column in a Vertical Column Chart.
- X-axis: Displays all active trackers (e.g., "Pricing," "Discount").
- Y-axis: Shows how many calls mentioned each tracker.
- Each column represents the number of calls where the tracker was detected.
- You can hover over any column to see details like:
- Tracker Name: The term being tracked.
- Call Count: Number of calls where the tracker appeared.
- Example: Hovering over a "Pricing" column will show:
- Tracker: Pricing
- Calls: 50
- Click on a column to open a list of call transcripts where that tracker was mentioned.
- This allows you to review specific conversations for deeper insights.
