The Tracker Report is a simple report that helps you see how often certain words or topics appear in your call transcriptions. It shows clear patterns and helps you understand how effective your conversations are.

Visual Breakdown of Trackers

• Each tracker term is shown as a column in a Vertical Column Chart.
• X-axis: Displays all active trackers (e.g., "Pricing," "Discount").
• Y-axis: Shows how many calls mentioned each tracker.
• Each column represents the number of calls where the tracker was detected.
• You can hover over any column to see details like:
  • Tracker Name: The term being tracked.
  • Call Count: Number of calls where the tracker appeared.
• Example: Hovering over a "Pricing" column will show:
  • Tracker: Pricing
  • Calls: 50
• Click on a column to open a list of call transcripts where that tracker was mentioned.
• This allows you to review specific conversations for deeper insights.
