The Talk Speed of Users report provides insights into the average speaking pace of each user across all calls they attended. By analyzing this data, organizations can identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness during calls.
- The report is presented as a bar chart, offering a clear visual representation of each user's talk speed which shows data categorized by the owner, which is the user responsible for each call.
- In addition to the bar chart, the report can also be displayed in a Summarized Grid Format. In this view, you can highlight users based on their talk speed.
- Users with a talk speed greater than 170 wpm may need to slow down for better customer understanding.
- Users with a talk speed of less than 130 wpm may need to speed up slightly for more efficient communication.
- By clicking on the bars in the chart, you can view related records, displaying a list of all calls associated with the selected user and their talk speed.
- Clicking to view the related records will show the activities linked to the transcriptions, as transcriptions are the main/parent module.
- Add this report to your dashboard by clicking on the Add widget button, choosing the conversations filter on the left panel then selecting the report and clicking on the Add to dashboard option.
